Customization Purchase Procedure:

Step 1: Place your order.

Step 2: Send a copy to sales@hostbyfaith.com of your purchase receipt and your template. Then send your customization instructions to our design department through this form.

Step 3: We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details of your order (in some cases identity verification may be necessary before we can process your order)

Step 4: We will deliver a mockup within 2-4 days for approval. At this point changes may be requested.

Step 5: We deliver another mockup with your desired changes for approval.

Step 6: Final completed template is delivered.

Typical turnaround time is 3-7 days for a completed customized template project, however this may be longer or shorter depending on project volume, and the number of modifications that you require. We are not responsible for delays related to identity verification, volume, or the like.
